Cathy Means joins The Hillard Agency with years of experience as a REALTOR as well as property management in Champaign county. Cathy has spent the majority of her life in Douglas county attending school in Tuscola as a child and returning in her early adulthood to place roots for her family in 2007. A graduate of Eastern Illinois University in 2013 she obtained her Bachelors of Arts in communications. She is looking forward to continue to help more people in her community find their way home!
